Clear nights have been few and far between. Thought I was going to get some time out Sunday night, but clouds moved in early so I packed it up early. Wednesday night we had a nice clear sky, the humidity and temperature were mild. Uncovered the scope to try to get a few hours of light from NGC 6888.

NGC 6888, the Crescent Nebula, is an emission nebula located in the constellation of Cygnus. It is approximately 5000 light years from Earth. This is 80 x 180 second exposures at 121 gain, 30 offset, and bin 1×1 using the ZWO Duo Band Filter.

I can find where the Soap Bubble nebula is suppose to be but I am unable to resolve it. Need some more time and definitely need some better calibration frames (I have good darks, but need some flats).
